As many of you know, last year we expanded our approach to include holistic healing therapies, allowing us to guide you in a more profound and meaningful way. As of 2025, we are thrilled to announce and welcome several new practitioners. Along with Registered Massage Therapy treatments, our new services are now available through our online booking system.

The root veda translates to "knowledge" or "wisdom" in Sanskrit.

New Veda Health & Wellness promotes health and wellness through alternative medicine. Our practice takes a holistic approach to guiding our client base into a deep and profound way to healing.

Our mission is to help support you in your life by integrating the mind, body and soul. We create a personalized guide through incorporating: Registered Massage Therapy, Spiritual Coaching, Aromatherapy and Breath Work, Guided Meditations and Body Movement through Yoga.

We each have our own unique journey in life and I look forward to supporting you on yours.

Our Policies
Arrival Policy
Should you arrive to the studio before your scheduled time please make yourself comfortable in the seating area.

When your therapist is ready to begin treatment they will welcome you into your treatment room.
​
Should you need the washroom, it is located straight to the end of the hall when you come in the front door.
Illness Policy
The health of our clients and therapists is our number one priority.
​
We kindly as you that if you are feeling unwell prior to your scheduled appointment to please reschedule.
If you show up to your appointment feeling under the weather, you will not receive treatment and you will be charged for your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments require a credit card on file at the time of booking. Any appointments booked at the studio are supported by a strict cancellation policy.

If any changes need to be made to your appointment, we kindly ask that you send us an email or give us a call prior to your scheduled appointment.
If your appointment is cancelled, rescheduled or shortened with less than 24 hours notice the full treatment cost will be charged to your card on file. In the case that you’re late for your appointment, you will receive the remaining time and you will be required to pay for your full treatment time.
