Wednesday 12pm - 6:30pm

Our Policies
Arrival Policy
Should you arrive to the studio before your scheduled time please make yourself comfortable in the seating area.

When your therapist is ready to begin treatment they will welcome you into your treatment room.
​
Should you need the washroom, it is located straight to the end of the hall when you come in the front door.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments require a credit card on file at the time of booking and are subject to our cancellation policy.
We kindly ask that you provide at least 12 hours notice if you need to cancel, reschedule or shorten your appointment. Appointments changed outside of our required policy may be subject to a fee of the full treatment cost, charged to the card on file.

Late arrivals will still end at the scheduled time and the full treatment fee will apply.

Illness Policy
The health of our clients and therapists is our number one priority.
​
We kindly ask you that if you are feeling unwell prior to your scheduled appointment to please reschedule.
If you show up to your appointment under the weather, you will not receive treatment and you will be charged for your appointment.
